As my partner noted when I showed them this print: both liberation and spellwork mean believing in something you can’t always see. I was thinking this morning about the powerful spell of typesetting—how putting intention into every single letter gives each word a sense of gravity. Working for collective liberation is also a spell: we set our intentions, imbue them with power, and release them into the world, over and over, with love & precision. We build, we test, we learn, we try again. What’s more magical than that?
